Delta Economy vs Comfort Plus

We have flied Delta's Comfort Plus and Delta's basic economy a few times this year. Here is our review on Delta Airbus A321 and A320. We flew from (BOS) Boston to (MCO) Orlando and back. Delta's customer service was great each step of the way. For example at Logan International Airport in Boston, Delta's Terminal A, we were greeted by a Delta customer care representative with bottles of water. She was stationed right after going through security, which a was perfect timing. The Delta engagement team also came on board and announced that a retired pilot who was on the flight had retired 30 years ago and they wanted to celebrate him today. They gave him a gift and the entire plan clapped for him. It does show that Delta seems to care not only about their customers but also their employe
